CONTROL OF LIQUOR. Telegraph —Pres? Association. Marton, Last Night. The Rangitikei Licensing Committee resolved: “That owing to the deplorable results arising from the action of persons under the influence of intoxicating drinks the committee consider a more strict, inspection of liquor sold should be made, and asks the Minister in charge to instruct his officers, causing them to refer to him any adulteration or other cause likely to affect the public health.”
