LIABILITIES TOTAL £69,379. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. A petition in bankruptcy has been filed by James L. Bowen, sheep farmer, of Korokipo, near Taradale. His statement shows that his liabilities total £69.379 and assets £88,503. Secured creditors are: Bank of New South Wales £2500, Paterson. Mossman and Co. £7404, Lowry and Watt £4162, OTmond’s trustees £13.232, W. T. Wood and. Ruddenklau £3lOO, Prescott’s estate £4629, E. J. A. Baker £4730. A long list of unsecured debts amounts to £20,520 owing to Watt and Lowry, and £5’595 to J. Georgette. *
