MEMORIAL SERVICE.

A memorial service will be held in Westminster Abbey on September 7 in connection with the R3B disaster. The American officers and men will be transported from Hull, accompanied by an Air Force escort, and embarked with all honors at Plymouth on a British man-of-war, which will convey them to America.
