HOUSE OF LORDS REFORM. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn.—Copyright. London, August 16. The Unionist reconstruction committee, dealing with reform of the Lords, resolved that the powers of the reformed second Chamber should be those recommended by the Bryce committee. The reformed Chamber should be a composite body, consisting of selected and elected members. The selected members would consist principally of peers elected by the peerage from among their own number.
