PRESIDENT HARDING’S VIEWS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Vancouver, August 17. President Harding believes that the return to normal financial conditions should proceed naturally, and opposes plans to stabilise foreign exchange otherwise. The President thus would npt call the conference suggested by Senator King’s resolution unless a demand should develop at the Disarmament Conference.
