The advisory board of the New Zealand Patriotic and War Relief Societies decided to-day that in order to conserve local funds for the benefit of local soldiers the advisory board is of opinion that the responsibility in respect to exImperial soldiers should be undertaken by the War Funds Council and that the same system of reciprocity a,s exists between affiliated societies should apply between the societies and the War Funds Council.
