ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
WELLINGTON INQUESTS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, August 11. The inquest regarding the death of Thomas Thew Young, of Dunedin, master tailor, who died in the hospital, showed that deceased was on his way north on a health trip. The coroner found that the cause of death was rupture of the stomach owing to the perforation of arl ulcer, followed by general peritonitis. An inquest was also held on Edward Simpson, fouind dead on the reclamation on July 30., The coroner’s verdict, was that was due to an irritant poison in , all probability self-adminis-tered.
