RETAINING EXISTING FLEET. BRITAIN TO PAY COST. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received August 5, 5.5 p.m. London, August 4. Mr. Winston Churchill (Secretary for the Colonies) announced in the House of Commons that the Imperial Conference’s decision regarding airships was that the existing material for the development of Imperial air communications be retained until the Dominions decided its future.
