Gernhoefer ; was deferred for ranger’s report, and that •of part section 162, Hua and Waiwakaiho j District, was adjourned fur inspection and ( examination of the applicant. [ Mr. J. B. Richards was appointed arbi- : trator for E.R. lease lot 1, section 5, block IX, Ngatimaru, J. M. Fraser. Proposals for the expenditure of thirds ; by the Waitomo, Patea, Eltham and Hawera County Councils were approved. It was resolved to grant year-to-year ! leases over parts of section 8, block VII, ; Pouatu, to Kerr and Gwilliam and Rooney ; Bros. ‘ ‘ It was resolved to set aside sections i 8 and 9, Aratoro Township, as an addition ' to the school site. e
