WAGONER DIES FROM INJURIES. By TeUgraph.—Press Association. Blenheim, July 28. Samuel Payton, aged 51, a widower with five children, a wagoner, was tl rown from his seat to the road and received injuries resulting in his death in hospital. The brakes failed to hold descending a hill and the vehicle ran away.
