UNEMPLOYMENT.
POSITION IN CHRISTCHURCH.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. The unemployment position was discussed by the Canterbury members of Parliament to-day, when it was decided to inform Cabinet that the unemployment trouble was developing, and to ask what steps it was intended to take to meet the position. Mr. Sullivan, M.P., said lately his house had been besieged by civilians and returned soldiers wanting work.
