ALLEGED THEFT CASES.

Wellington, Last Night. The missing stores cases at the Supreme Court, in which four members of the N.Z.R.A. are charged with the theft of stores from barracks, th© jury again disagreed after a retirement of five hours. Mr. Fair, of the Crown Law Office, asked whether a third trial would serve the interests of justice, and Mr. Perry naked for the discharge of the accused. Mr. Justice Hosking questioned whether the jury helped the accused by disagreeing. He would give bis decision to-morrow.
