ACCIDENT AT WELLINGTON.

The steamer Mapourika, on arriving this morning from Nelson, was caught by ft violent squall and collided with the wharf. The latter was damaged to the exent of £2OO or £3OO, being cut »uto to a depth of twelve feet. Only Cwo rivets were started in the veesel’B hull. The water tourid its wav into the after hold, which contained no cargo. Pumping operations cleared the water by this evening.
