EVERYBODY’S. MARY MILES MINTER TO-NIGHT. The story in the Pathe production "‘Rosemary Climbs the Heights,” commencing at Everybody’s to-night, is about the most dramatic ever furnished by MJtar Miles Minter. It is well construct nd maintains the interest tense throughout, especially in the last reel, where the heroine finds herself in a tight fix,, charged with murder, and all evidence against her. The acting of the boy, who is Russian and cannot speak English *is remarkable. He is natural and convincing. Most of the picture has been taken in a canyon with beautiful wood scenes forming the background. In the latter part of the film the action shifts>to the studios of New York. Everywhere the attraction is clean and oilers satisfactory entertainment for all. tastes. The bill includes Gazette, travel and comedy films.

THE MUSICAL BLANCHARDS. TO-MORROW AND FRIDAY.

An added attraction at Everybody’s to-morrow and Friday will be the appearance of the musical Blanchards, who come direct from 'Fuller’s vaudeville circuit The Musial Blanchards have won theifc way to the hearts of the Australasian public, and have endeared themselves to the countless thousands who demand the elimination of vulgarity or suggestiveness ii\ their entertainment. They introduce the world’s latest novelties in musical instruments, amongst which are the sonorous organ chimes, the wonderful tubular harp, the silver zylophones, and the musical crickets. The Blanchards appear’ at VVaitara to-night. THE PEOPLE’S. LAST NIGHT OF BILL RUSSELL AND . EILEEN PERCY. To-night’s showing of “Beware of the Bride” at the People’s Theatre will end the engagement here of the latest and thus far the be§t screen farce produced by William Fox, starring Eileen Percy. Miss Percy is one of the few actresses who boast both great beauty and marked ability. The crowds which have attended the showings of “Beware of the Bride” this week are vigorous testimony to her popularity here. Prominent "screen» fun-makers compose the excellent supporting cast. Wm. Russell in “Twins of Suffering Creek,” a vigorous Western play, is also on this programme. THE EMPIRE. “THE MASQUERADERS.” An excellent entertainment on original lines is promised by the Masqueraders, a company who will commence a short season of two nights at The Empire on Monday evening next. The artists all of*high standing and the company claims to present the most novel numbers and settings ever produced by a similar organisation. A leading feature of the programme will be the Maori speciality sung by Mr. L. Fairfax and the entire company in Native costume. During the season the 1 company will present programmes comprising varied items from grand opera to revue. The performers will be supported by an orchestra of twelve players under the baton of Mr. George Pownall. The box plan for the season opens this morning at Collier’s. Mr. Chas. Stewart, the “wizard drummer,” who accompanies “The Masqueraders,” carries traps with him valued at £BOO. While in Australia startling contracts were forthcoming to him, but he remained staunch to his old company. Mr. Leslie Gordon, who is producer for the Masqueraders, first won fame in England and France, and on his return from the war was engaged by Messrs. Bailey and Grant to play the part of Dave in “On Our Selection,” which he did with untold success for fifteen months.
