A semi-official French' source states the agreement among the Allies is becoming still more complete regarding the German situation. Allied experts, after an examination of the figures, believe the occupation of the Ruhr will yield 1% to 2 milliard gold marks annually.—Reuter Service.

OPPOSITION TO OCCUPATION.

Washington, April 28. A United Press correspondent learns that American opposition to the occupation of the Ruhr district is growing. It is understood the United States* economic experts believe serious industrial results would follow the proposed French occupation. The State Department has ed that the reparations situation has not changed so far as the United States is concerned, and no decision has been made regarding the future course of ac-tion.—Aus.-N.Z.
