HOUSE OF LORDS BILL.
By Telegraph.-—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received April 29, 5.5 p.m. London, April 28. The House of Lords read the Matrimonial Clauses Bill a third time, the Primate voting against it owing to Lord Buckmaster’s amendment. —Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn. ,

The Bishop of Norwich said this would make the marriage vows a light thing. The Archbish said that if the amendment was carried bishops would refuse further to support the measure.]
