SOME IMPORTANT PROPOSALS.

One change provides that foreign exporters who refuse to permit the United States’ agents to inspect their books y/iil not be allowed to import goods into the United States. The American valuation or exchange adjustment section was deleted.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
