SCULLING.
AT BLENHEIM. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Blenheim, April 21. Dick Arnest, on his arrival in Blenhe.'im to row Hannon for the world's championship in June next, received a civic reception. The champion waa agreeably surprised with the Wairau he had never seen before, and of which he had heard unfavorable reports. He intends to settle down immediately to hard training.
