ANZAC DAY IN LONDON. By TeJegraph.—-Press Assn.—Copyright. London, April 18. The Australian Red Cross has arranged to place a wreath on the cenotaph on'Anzac Day, inscribed “In grateful memory from the Australian Red Cross Society.” SUCCESS OF STOREY’S MISSION. London, April 18. Interviewed, Mr. Storey regretted that his health was still precarious, but he was delighted with the unqualified success of his mission. He was assured that there would be no difficulty about finances during the forthcoming two years provided the money was utilised on legitimate development work. WRANGEL’S ARMY. Paris, April 18. The French Note to General Wrangel was the outcome of his refusal to accept suggestions regarding the disposal of- his troops. The Note accuses Wrangel of ingratitude in face of France’s financial sacrifices amounting to 200 million francs. It refuses to continue feeding the troops, who are leading a life of idleness! and declares that Wrangel's actions are a violation of international law.
