WANGANUI REGATTA. “ ,7 CLIFTON WIN A RACE. B> Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, March 26. The Wanganui Rowing Association’s Easter regatta was held to-d".y in fine weather. The water was smooth and the conditions excellent. Crews from all parts of New Zealand were competing. Hadfield won the senior sculls and Aramoho the senior fours. Many ouigide crews were successful. Results : Maiden Fours.—Clifton 1, Union 2, Aramoho 3. Maiden Sculls.—Union 1, Aramoho 2, Star 'J Senior Fours.—ln the first race Union had to rover over. Youths’ Fours.—Aramoho 1, Union 2, West End 3. Junior Fours.—West End 1, Petone 2, Aramoho 3. Maiden Double Sculls.—Timaru 1, Wellington 2, Star 3. Senior Sculls.—Waitemata 1, Union 2, Hamilton 3. Maiden Fours.—Wellington 1, St. George 2. Petone 3. Junior Sculls.—Aramoho 1, Manawatu 2, Union 3. Senior Pairs.—Union 1, Aramoho 2. Junior Pairs.—Timaru 1, St. George 2, Wellington 3.
