REDUCED EXPORT AFFECTS TRADE By Telegraph —Press Assn Copyright London, Feb. 22. Mr. Kelleway, in the House of Commons, said that owing to the reduction in the export of British coal, British trade abroad met formidable competition in foreign markets by'America and Japan. Although there was no evidence that European goods had displaced British in the Empire markets, present indications were that the British would be faced with serious competition.
