COMPENSATION CASE FAILS. By Telegraph.—Press Associatioh. Auckland, Feb. 17. Tn the Arbitration Court, Lilian Brinsley claimed £520 compensation on the death of her husband from the Hikurangi Coal Company. Brinsley, when using the track alongside the railway line, was struck by the engine.
