HUGE WAR PROFITS. Received Jan. 26, 5.5 p.m. PARIS. Jan 25. Since March. 609 charges have been investigated in the Seine Department against merchants and manufacturers for concealing war profits, and sentences have been imposed in 55 cases. A fire at Athens, Georgia, destroyed three blocks in the business section. The damage is estimated at four million dollars. ITALIAN WARSHIP REFLOATED. Rome, Jan. 25. New York, Jan. 24 A message from Norfolk, Virginia, states that O’Callaghan, Lord Mayor of Cork, has been granted a seaman’s certificate and is now at liberty to ship on board any foreign-bound vessel. DELAGOA BAY RAILWAY. Capetown, Jan. 25.
