POSITION IN ARMENIA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright London, Jan. 18. Bolshevik apprehensiona regarding the Turkish Nationalist advance eastward appear to be reflected in advice from Tiflis that, owing to an ultimatum by the Armenian-Soviet Government to Turkey, the Turks evacuated Alexandrapol.
