The Indian National Congress at Nagpur has concluded. Many wild speeches were delivered. Mr. Gandhi, the extremist leader, declared that before independence was secured India must pass through a sea of blood. Other speakers advocated an armed rebellion. Mr. Wedgewood, a British Laborite, warned the delegates against the danger of non-co-operation in,, their propaganda, and advised constitutional methods. The Moslem leaders are continuing the •Khalifat agitation, advising the Ameer of Afghanistan to reject the British peace treaty.—Reuter Service.
