I WESTERN DIVISION SHIELD. | The Taratiaki Weston* Division Champion- i ship Shield bowl'ng tournament was played on the Manaia Bowling Club's irreen on Boxing Day. The weather was perfect, and the around in splendid order; The frt-lowhg teams were represented: Manaia, Opn'.ake, Auroa, anil Pihamsi, and a very keen contest resulted in a win for Mr. A. H. Christie's team, comprising Messrs. Hotter, Anmitage. J. Christie, and A. H. Christie. Scores:— f * First Round. Manaia A.— Hotter, Armltage, J. Christie, A. H. Cliristle 32; Manaia B—Payne, E.
