The Foreign .Minister, Hen- von Simon has written mi article in the Frankfort Zeitung, in which he says the only ray of light in tlic night covering Germany conies from the land of Stars and Stripes. llerr Simon expresses the belief that Mr. Harding (the Presidentelect of America) will not delay in the establishment of peace between the United States and Gcrmanv, and this more than' anything else will tend to revive the spirit and economic life of Germany. —Aus.-N.Z.
