GRATIFYING AGREEMENT AMONG DELEGATES.

The Geneva correspondent of The Times, reviewing the League of Nations Conference, says that much has been done, but next year's conference will undoubtedly be far more important. A feature in the present Assembly was the unprecedented display of agreement between delegates from so many different countries The final session provided no demonstration, but Mr. Balfour wa3 seen to warmly sWlce hands with the Austrian delegates.
