PROPOSED AMERICAN DUTIES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Washington, Dec. 15. A Bill liai? been introduced into the House of Representatives imposing a duty of 15 cents per bushel on wheat, 1(1 cents on corn one year old, 150 cents less than a year old, 75 cents on unwashed wool, 12 cents per lb for washed, 24 rents for scoured, and 30 cents for all manufactured wool, in addition to the duty already existing.
