WORLD CONFERENCE SUGGESTED.
Washington, Dec. 1(5. Mr. Daniels, giving evidence before the House Naval Affairs Committee, said that if the new administration decided that the United States shall not enter any international association Mr Harding should call a world conference on naval disarmament. The Act. of 1919 empowers the President to call such a conference.
