OVERPAID BONUS.
AN ADJUSTMENT NECESSARY,

Christchureh, Last Night, At a meeting of the New Zealand Iron-Workers' Association (Christchureh section) the position arising out of the review of the cost of living bonus pwable from November 1 was considered. Many of tile members had been paying out 0s as from November 1, in accordance with the request of the Arbitration Court, Tn view of the bonus now being reduced to 3s, it was decided that the over payment should be adjusted by paying Is 4d per week, or one-third of a penny per hour, for the remainder of the six months, or as long as it will balance the over payment. It was also resolved that credits bo made for all extra charges involved by the lis to customers' accounts as from November 1.
