THE WHEAT CROPS,
FIVE MILLIONS DAMAGE

Sydney, Last Night. The Minister of Agriculture estimates that the storm caused five millions worth of damage to the wheat crops. All the railway traffic has been restored. The Timaru is disabled, and not wrecked. She is now safe.
MOVING EASTWARDS. Sydney, Dec. 13. The weather ' ■ fine, the sky overcast, but streaked with blue. The centre of the cyclone is off the south eoast, and is moving east.
