Robert Grant, employee! by the Post Office as mail carrier for the Ararsita delivery, when riding a motor cycle yesterday morning, collided with a north-bound goods train at the Turnturu road railway crossing. The motor cycle was very bauly smashed, while Grant was fairly badly shaken, having received scalp wounds' and injuries to his legs, necessitating medical attention. Grant was brought in to Hawera.—i StaT.
