I CONCLUSION OF SESSION The quarterly session of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth concluded yesterday morning, when his Honor Sir Baasett Edwards was engaged with a number of minor cases. i BANKRUPTCY. ! On the of Mr. R. H. Quilliam, H. A. Wedder, taxi driver, was granted a discharge from bankruptcy. As the result of creditors' petition, James McDonald, farmer, Niho Niho, was adjudged bankrupt. Mr. A. A. Bennett appeared for petitioners. Ngahia Ware (William Murray), for whom Mr. P. B. Fitzherbert appeared, was granted a discharge. RESERVED DECISION. In the case of Charles James Rowe v.. William Henry Butler, claim for £236 19s for commission, in which the jury found for plaintiff, His Honor assessed the amount due at £l7l 19s. He held that plaintiff was not eititled to commission on the sale of the stock., Mr. L. Etherington, instructed by Halliwell, Spratt and Thomson, appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. C. H. Croker, instructed by Spence, Rutherfurd and Co., for defendant.
