A CYCLONIC STORM.

A cyclonic storm is being experienced, with wind blowing at sixty miles an hour and torrential rains raging. The December average of rainfall is already doubled. All harbor and ferry traffic beyond the middle head is stopped, and all coastal vessels are sheltering.
