Tokio, Dec. 7 The Michi Nicsi states that the ISth Japanese Division is at Nikolak (70 miles north of Vladivostok) under orders to prepare for eventualities. Major-General Shiragu, Chief of the Field Communications, has issued a general warning addressed to the Russians against attempts tp interefere with the system of communications.— Reuter.
