LOSS OF AEROPLANE.

The Alliance Aeroplane Company is suing the Union Insurance Company of Canton for £SOOO for the loss of a machine lost in November, 1919, during a flight to Australia. The accident occurred a few minutes before the expiration of the policy. The defence contends the policy covered only trial flights in England, and not a flight to Australia.—Aus.;N.Z. Cable Assn.
