COMMISSION FOR EUROPE. NEW PRESIDENT'S PROPOSAL. Br Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 5, 5.5 p.m. Washington, Dec. 3. Mr. Harding, the President-elect, will appoint a peace commissiou to go to Europe after his,inauguration. It is expected the commission will be constituted of seven members, headed by Mr. Harding and the Secretary for State, and will probably include Mr. Lodge and Mr. Root. The commission will be furnished with all information bearing on the peace treaty which Mr. Harding can obtain. The State Department has announced the receipt of the League of Nations' invitation for the United States to participate in the disarmament deliberations. The invitation requests the United States' representative to sit in a consultative capacity on the League's permanent military, naval, and air com-mission.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn,
