* TAKING UNIONS' EVIDENCE. By Tslegrai*—Press Association, Wellington, Dee. 3, As a result of statements by representatives of various Unions at the Arbitration Court to-day the Court decided to give the Union an opportunity of submitting reasons why the 9s bonus should be granted in their particular cases.

• Mr. Justice Stringer said he took it that the whole matter would be accepted as contingent on the .decision of the Court as the result of the recent argument, but it was pointed out that special circumstances obtained in special industries. The Judge therefore said that the opportunity stated above would be afforded. December 9 was fixed as the date on which all other applications would be taken.
