MOTOR CYCLIST KILLED. Br Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. J. C. Wilson, a tinsmith, married, died of injuries received in a collision between a motor cycle he was riding and a post at Redcliffs. DEATH OF AN EX-MAYOR. Auckland, Dec. 3. Mr. R. S. Briggs, butcher, ex-Mayor of Parneil, was found dead in a room of his shop, the business of which he recently sold, with the gas turned on, the indications pointing to suicide. THE BOARD OF TRADE. Auckland, Last Night. "There are no changes in contemplation at present," said the Prime Minister to-day when asked as to possibilities in changes in the Board of Trade. Mr. Massey indicated that the Board would continue to operate on its present basis.
