APPROVAL TO RAISE JIOO.OOO. MAJORITY OF 500 IN FAVOR. The question of raising an additional loan of £OO,OOO in connection with hydro-electric extensions was put before the New Plymouth ratepayers yesterday, and in-a small poll the loan was sanctioned by a majority of 500.
