RAILWAY SURVEY REPORT. (By Wire,—Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night. Mr. W. T. Jennings (Waifomo) asked in the House of Representatives to-day if the Minister for Public Works would make available the report of the engineers on the trial survey of the WaitaraMokau line. He said that some gentlemen were prepared to consider proposals for the construction of this line, so as to develop the rich resources of the Mokau valley, including coal, lime, and timber. .;;,,.... The Minister for Public Works said he would bo pleased to expedite matters. He would see that the Teport was sent to the Prime" Minister.
