The proposed establishment of 4 Blinded Soldiers' Fund of £IO,OOO was considered by the Wellington War Relief Association to-day, when it was cided that unless all societies agree to do so, the Wellington War Relief As* sociation should not subscribe to the proposed Blinded Soldiers' Fund, but that the funds controlled by the War Funds Council should be conserved to assist all disabled soldiers, if, at any time, a local society, through lack of fund*., should not bo in a position to help adequately any disabled soldiers.
