CALAIS TO DOVER JOURNEY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 17, 5.5 p.m. London, Oct. 16. Harold Rigby cycled from Calais to Dover on a water cycle of his own design. He covered forty miles in fourteen hours, and arrived too exhausted to speak. Owing to the choppy esea the cycle was supported by two floats, and propelled by pedalling.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
