Means for relief of the Cuban financial situation have been taken up by a conference of American and Cuban sugar exporters and importers. The State Department's foreign trade advisors report that 'the Kingston (Jamaica) legislature has ratified a trade agreement with Canada under which Canada gives Jamaica fifty per cent preference on agricultural products and Jamaica gives the Dominion twenty-five per cent preference on her products.— Aus.-N.Z.
