NAURU PHOSPHATES.
PREPARING FOR NEW CONTROL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 17, 5.5 p.m. London, Sept. 16. The Imperial Government has appointed Mr. R. Dickenson, ex-managing director of the Nauru Phosphates Company, to be the presiding member of the Nauru Commission, on which Mr. Ellis is the New Zealand representative. The latter has arrived in London. The commission is arranging the preliminaries for taking over the control of operations.—'United Service.
