PALMERSTON NORTH DECISION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston North, Last Night. The loan poll to-day resulted:— A proposal to raise £70,000 for road improvements was carried .by Vi6B votes to 277. A proposal to raise £9OOO for motor 'busses was carrieij fcy 638 votes to 314'.
