SUDDEN DEATH.

RETURNED SOLDIER'S END. Mr. James Oliver McKoy, only son of Mr. ,T. 0, McKoy, of Tongaportttu, afed 36 years, died suddenly, on Saturday night, under somewhat tragic circumstances. The deceased, who had sfen service at the front and was gassed, took part in a football match during Saturday after* noon, and later attended a dance. On his way home he called into the catop of some friends and was having tea whan he suddenly .expired. The late Mr. McKoy was a wellknown and popular young man. in the district, and his parents will hivo {he sympathy of a wide circle in thtir audden bereavement.
