In connection with the southern mines dispute, it is officially annountK that a complete settlement has been «■ rived at, with the exception of the cut of Gore and Mataura. Regarding the latter, Mr. Hally (the Conciliation Commissioner) and Mr, Arbuckle (as representative of the Min*rs' Federation) leave for the south to-nigllt. It is expected that the Gore and Mataura section of the dispute will aIBQ fcq satisfactorily adjusted.
