Among the speakers at Duncan was Mr. Hutchison (of Dunedin), who emphasised the necessity for a more adequate news service among the Dominions. He quoted published instances showing the imperfect and unsatisfactory knowledge regarding New Zealand affairs. Messrs. Hutchison and W. J. Penn <Ncw Plymouth) accompany the party on its return to Ottawa, while Dr. Ley's (Auckland), and Messra&lorton (Auckland), Selig (Christchurch), and Jones have left for England.—Aus.-N.Z.
